Enrollment limited to: SHA Prefreshmen Summer Program students only. This course includes a day long field trip to New York City.

Faculty teaching this course:

Students will be introduced to the basic vocabulary of the hospitality industry in an applied setting where they will also leverage their analyzation, communication and presentation skills.  Students will analyze existing operations from a variety of contexts: human resources, design, technology, operations, etc.
