Enrollment limited to: 25 students. Open to seniors and graduate students in any program; juniors by permission on a space available basis. Elective.

Faculty teaching this course:

Through hands-on projects in a variety of contexts, students working in teams will learn a process for injecting hospitality into any organization through the application of design thinking methodology.  The course will also address implications for operations and the built environment.
