Nancy Weislogel

Executive Director, Open Enrollment and Online Learning

Nancy leads the Open Enrollment and Online Learning activities for Executive Education and has the authority and responsibility for defining and implementing the Hotel School’s executive education strategy. In addition, Nancy actively pursues relationships with academic institutions around the world to integrate the school’s online learning content with the curriculum of top business schools, for both hospitality programs and general business programs. Nancy holds a bachelor's degree in design and environmental analysis from Cornell University.

Engagement Manager

Through communication systems and strategies, Nicki focuses on maximizing awareness and participation in open enrollment and online learning programs.  She serves as a resource and facilitator for prospective participants to reach their development goals.  Nicki received her bachelor's degree at Cornell and master's from Louisiana State University.


Elizabeth Martyn

Elizabeth Martyn

Senior Project Manager, Online Learning and Collaborative Programs

Elizabeth has extensive experience in the luxury and ultra-luxury travel and guest services industry. Her past responsibilities have included managing operations, employee training and development, and creating full-service travel and accommodation experiences both domestically and internationally. Elizabeth is the author of the online Service Excellence On-Demand Training program. She is a former undergraduate-core-curriculum instructor at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.  Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree in hotel administration from Cornell University.

Natalie Oldfield

Program Manager

Natalie provides program support to the Professional Development Program, and manages various hospitality custom programs. She also oversees lead nurture activities for past participants, providing valuable information to encourage lifelong career growth. Natalie joined Cornell University in 2011 with a position in Alumni Affairs and Development. Prior to Cornell she worked in the financial industry, and she holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations from the State University College at Brockport.

Catherine Perkins

Assistant Director for Hospitality Custom Programs

Catherine is responsible for working with hospitality clients to create programs that are tailored to meet their unique learning objectives. She has over thirteen years in program management in higher education and was previously with the Johnson School executive education team as a program manager for four years. Catherine holds a BA Honors from the University of Reading, and received her post-graduate diploma in business administration from Norwich City College. Prior to working in executive education, she worked with local K-12 schools to provide internationally focused programming.

Peter Rogoff

Director, Open Enrollment Programs

Pete has worked in corporate training and executive education since 2005.  As the Director of Open Enrollment Programs he oversees the General Managers Program (GMP), the Professional Development Program (PDP) and the Food Executive Program which are delivered on the Cornell University campus each year.  Pete has deep experience working with HR and Learning & Development executives to help identify Cornell University professional development resources that align with their organizational needs.  Pete is also responsible for managing the relationships between Cornell Open Enrollment programs and a variety of industry associations worldwide.

Donna Sutton

Corporate and Academic
Accounts Manager,
Online Learning

Donna manages online programs, including the day-to-day administration of program operations. She manages corporate and academic sales, as well as video conferences, and works closely with hospitality clients and leads. Donna began her career in Executive Education in 2001, managing programs and overseeing the marketing efforts. She has managed programs both at Cornell and internationally.

Shara Walden

Senior Program Manager

Since 2001, Shara has managed the Professional Development Program.  She is involved in all planning and implementation aspects of the program including course selection, faculty and participant relations, and managing the student team. Recently, Shara added project-management responsibilities for the department's emerging video conferencing efforts, and provides decision support for the other classroom-based program staff. Shara holds a bachelor's degree from Ithaca College.

Vicki Westfall

Program Manager

Vicki has been managing hospitality-based programs for Executive Education since 1999, including the renowned General Managers Program and numerous custom programs for companies and associations conducted at the School of Hotel Administration. In doing so, she works closely with clients, participants, and faculty to ensure a successful, professional learning experience.  Prior to joining Cornell, Vicki earned an associate's degree and worked as a legal assistant.
