Nancy leads the Open Enrollment and Online Learning activities for Executive Education and has the authority and responsibility for defining and implementing the Hotel School’s executive education strategy. In addition, Nancy actively pursues relationships with academic institutions around the world to integrate the school’s online learning content with the curriculum of top business schools, for both hospitality programs and general business programs. Nancy holds a bachelor's degree in design and environmental analysis from Cornell University.

Elizabeth Martyn has extensive experience in the luxury and ultra-luxury travel and guest services industry. Her past responsibilities have included managing operations, employee training and development, and creating full-service travel and accommodation experiences both domestically and internationally. Elizabeth is the author of the online Service Excellence On-Demand Training program. She is a former undergraduate-core-curriculum instructor at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree in hotel administration from Cornell University.

Natalie is the first point of contact for the Office of Executive Education and oversees the general office operations. She also provides support for classroom programs and executive-education marketing efforts. Natalie has been with Cornell University since 2011, previously working in Alumni Affairs and Development. She has worked in the financial industry and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations from the State University College at Brockport.

Catherine Perkins

Catherine is responsible for working with hospitality clients to create programs that are tailored to meet their unique learning objectives. She has over thirteen years in program management in higher education and was previously with the Johnson School executive education team as a program manager for four years. Catherine holds a BA Honors from the University of Reading, and received her post-graduate diploma in business administration from Norwich City College. Prior to working in executive education, she worked with local K-12 schools to provide internationally focused programming.

Donna Sutton

Donna Sutton

Corporate and Academic Accounts Manager, Online Learning

Donna manages online programs, including the day-to-day administration of program operations. She manages both corporate and academic sales as well as video conferences for online learning, and works closely with hospitality clients and leads. Donna began her career in Executive Education in 2001, managing programs and overseeing the marketing efforts. She has coordinated programs both at Cornell and internationally.

Shara Walden

Since 2001, Shara has managed the Professional Development Program.  She is involved in all planning and implementation aspects of the program including course selection, faculty and participant relations, and managing the student team. Recently, Shara added project-management responsibilities for the department's emerging video conferencing efforts, and provides decision support for the other classroom-based program staff. Shara holds a bachelor's degree from Ithaca College.

Vicki has been managing hospitality programs for Executive Education since 1999, including the renowned General Managers Program and numerous custom programs for companies and associations conducted at the School of Hotel Administration. In doing so, she works closely with clients, participants, and faculty to ensure the highest-quality, professional learning experience.
