Statler Hotel promotes Chef Thomas Gisler to director of food & beverage
For fourteen Cornell University students, their trip to attend the annual HR in Hospitality Conference and Expo in Las Vegas was a capstone for their hospitality and labor-related education.
More than two dozen industry leaders met in Ithaca, NY, in April 2018 for the Really Big Idea Sketchpad Approach to the Technology Hospitality Entrepreneurship Roundtable.
"Cornell is my dream school. I have known about the Hotel School since I was an undergrad in Turkey. The school's reputation precedes it."
Applications for the 2018 program are being accepted on a rolling-admissions basis. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, and early application is encouraged.
