Duetto, an innovator in hotel revenue strategy software solutions, has joined the strategic corporate alliance program at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration (SHA) and will donate its flagship product, Duetto Edge, for use at the Statler Hotel, the SHA teaching hotel.

"Revenue management has been a growing and important field of study at the School of Hotel Administration over the past decade, and this new alliance will help us enhance research, education, and outreach in this dynamic area of the hospitality industry," said Joe Strodel, Jr., executive director of corporate affairs at SHA. "We are tremendously grateful for Duetto's support."

"We are excited to start using Duetto at the Statler Hotel," Rick Adie, general manager of the Statler Hotel. "This software will help us maximize revenue and run a successful business and also give students hands-on experience with analytics, pricing, and demand forecasting."

In addition to partnering with the Center for Hospitality Research (CHR), Duetto will also be sponsoring three key SHA events: the Cornell Hospitality Icon & Innovator Awards, the Cornell Hospitality Research Summit, and the Cornell International Hospitality Summit.

Marco Benvenuti, Co-founder/Chief Analytics & Product Officer at Duetto and member of the CHR Advisory Board said, "We are proud that Duetto will help arm tomorrow's revenue directors with a strong foundation at the cutting edge of revenue strategy. Aside from adopting a holistic approach to yield management, Cornell students will benefit from increased visibility and control over decision-making using an easy-to-use modern architecture."

Other SHA strategic corporate alliance members are Accenture, American Express Publishing/Travel + Leisure, ASAE Foundation, Carlson Rezidor Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, GROUPE DU LOUVRE, Hilton Worldwide, Hotel Business, Hotel Management/Questex Hospitality Group, Hsyndicate, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, IDeaS: A SAS Company, InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott International, National Restaurant Association, PwC, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, STR Global, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, USA TODAY, White Conveyors, and Wyndham Hotel Group.
