Kratos, the winning Cornell team at the seventh annual Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition

The Cornell team won first place in the seventh annual Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition, which took place November 9-10 in New York City.

This year's event brought a record high of 19 teams from around the world. The competition itself is the culmination of an intensive five-day undertaking by the students.

The members of Cornell's team, Kratos, are: Yiwei Chen ’16, Jackson Foo ’16, Ryan Helkowski ’16, Jack Henry Kapp ’17, Sarah Murdoch ’16, and Tia Wei ’16.

The competition is the brainchild of Professor Daniel Quan, the Arthur Adler '78 and Karen Newman Adler '78 academic director of the Center for Real Estate and Finance.

Special thanks to faculty coach Daniel Lebret, lecturer in real estate. Thanks also to Wally Boudry, assistant professor of real estate, and Judi Brownell, professor of management and organizational behavior, who supported the team throughout their training process.
