9th Annual Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition
November 13-14, 2017
Convene - Financial District, 32 Old Slip
New York City, New York
Each year, the Center for Real Estate and Finance hosts the Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition. The invitation-only event, which attracts a global array of students, tasks the teams with analyzing an actual commercial real estate transaction, rendering a recommendation, and providing a presentation of their analysis and proposal.
The competition itself is the culmination of an intensive five days of preparation. The teams are judged on their investment recommendations, approach to the problems, and presentation skills. Twenty-five undergraduate teams representing six countries compete for over $20,000 in prize money. Judges in the competition are real estate executives representing top companies in the industry.
