SHA Seniors Arthur Chang and Jennifer Vollmert brought along the key to The Statler Hotel from Hotel Ezra Cornell weekend.

On Sunday, May 27, the university celebrated its 139th Commencement. Following the university event at Schoellkopf Stadium, the school's Diploma Ceremony took place in Barton Hall where 303 bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees were awarded.

Peng-Wei Tan '07 and Lydia Hao '07 served as the first and second degree marshal, respectively.  Peng and Lydia were joined by classmates Ethan Hawkes '07 and Katherine Lee '07, who served as the first and second banner bearers respectively, and Mike Nasr '07 was the college symbol bearer.  These honored students joined Dean Michael Johnson in the procession from the Arts Quad to Schoellkopf Field for the Cornell Commencement and then the school's diploma ceremony following commencement.  Michael W.N. Chiu '66 was the featured guest speaker at the school's ceremony and Ryan Pernice '07 was the school's first-ever student speaker.
