China-US Hospitality Real Estate Securitization Forum
China’s hospitality industry is undergoing profound reform and transition. One direction of the reform and transition is towards securitization, the transition from real estate assets to capital market. While securitization is mature in many developed economies and emerging markets, it has just started in China, the world’s second largest economy.
In July 2015, we organized this forum in Beijing, China’s capital to discuss China’s road to securitization. Attendees came from Chinese hoteliers, real estate developers, public equity fund companies, and real estate fund companies.
