Hotelie wins Alumni Trustee Election
Congratulations to SHA alumna Stephanie Keene Fox '89, one of two Cornell alumni to win the 2015 Alumni Trustee Election!
A devoted and engaged alumna, Stephanie is a past president of the Cornell Alumni Association, a member of the Cornell University Council, and the chair of alumnae engagement for the President's Council of Cornell Women (PCCW).
Stephanie is a retired vice president of systems and technology for Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase). Her expertise includes project management, product management, team building, and change management.
Cornell is one of the few major universities that offer alumni the opportunity to select members of the board of trustees, the governing body vested with "supreme control" over the university. Among other responsibilities, the board elects the president, adopts an annual plan of financial operation, and establishes degrees to be awarded.
Best wishes to Stephanie—and to this year's other new alumni-elected trustee, Jonathan K. Poe, ENG '82—as they take on this critical and exciting role.
