The Statler Hotel has received the AAA Four Diamond Award for the fourth year in a row. The Statler is one of only 15 establishments in Western and Central New York to receive the honor, and it is the only Four Diamond hotel in Ithaca.

The AAA Four Diamond Award recognizes upscale establishments that offer an extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service, and attention to detail. Less than four percent of the 59,000 AAA-rated lodging establishments and restaurants throughout North America earn the award.

"Receiving the AAA Four Diamond Award for the fourth time is a testament to our outstanding staff," said Rick Adie ’75, general manager. "Every member of our team plays a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences."

The Statler Hotel is a first-class property as well as a teaching hotel, where SHA students apply classroom learning to practical experience. More than 200 student employees work alongside seasoned professionals across all hotel and restaurant operations.
