The Statler Hotel at Cornell University is collaborating with local wineries, distilleries, and brewers to present Taverna Banfi EDU, a new series of educational food and beverage events. This series is open to the public, and events will be held at the Statler Hotel's Taverna Banfi and Regent Lounge. To register or learn more, call 607.254.2565.

Ravines Wine Cellars is a boutique winery situated on the eastern slopes of Keuka Lake. It is the dream and passion of Morten and Lisa Hallgren, a European winemaker and oenologist and his chef/foodie wife. Together they have created a small, distinctive winery that crafts elegant and food-friendly wines and combines Old World winemaking traditions with New World innovation.

Located on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, Damiani Wine Cellars produces elegant, hand-crafted wines in an Old World style. Winemaker Lou Damiani and grape grower Phil Davis are forging a reputation within the Finger Lakes, marking it as a region capable of producing full-bodied vinifera red, and beautiful white, wines.
