Two New Corporate Friends Join Cornell Center for Hospitality Research

Complete Seating and Cleverdis will boost CHR's industry connections 

Ithaca, NY, January 4, 2012 -  The Cornell Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) has announced the addition of two new Friends, which are firms that will provide expert support for the CHR's operations and communications. The new Friends are Complete Seating, which provides a reservation and restaurant management platform, and Cleverdis, a business-oriented multimedia firm based in France.

Among the Cleverdis publications are "SMARTreport," which are targeted at informing the hospitality industry of the latest trends and strategy, and "SPECIALreport," which highlights new trends and trade concepts. As part of the Friends arrangement, Cleverdis will publish columns that explain the implications of the latest CHR research.

Complete Seating offers strategies to maintain constant contact with guests and improve table utilization to maximize revenue potential. Using a data-driven, analytical approach to understand hospitality and restaurant operations, they are able to assist restaurateurs in determining measurable ways to achieve efficiency gains in the restaurant management process. As a Friend of the CHR, they will offer their expertise in queue management and deep understanding of restaurant operations.
