Carlson Hotels Joins Strategic Corporate Alliance Program at SHA

Carlson Hotels is the newest member of the Strategic Corporate Alliance program at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration (SHA). Through the partnership, Carlson Hotels will become a senior partner of the Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) and will sponsor "The Face of Hospitality Leadership," a study that will investigate career paths within the hospitality industry, with a focus on women leaders. Carlson will also be an industry fellow of the Center for Real Estate and Finance and a senior member of the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship.

Carlson's strategic alliance also includes sponsorship of the Cornell Icon and Innovator Awards Dinner, a gala event that honors industry leaders and serves as a fundraiser for the school's scholarships and programs, and Hotel Ezra Cornell, a student-run hospitality conference held at SHA.
