Amazing Taste, LLC, has joined the Corporate Membership Program at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration (SHA) at the president level. Under the agreement, the consulting firm will be a strategic marketing and events consultant to the school and will co-manage the third annual Cornell Icon of the Industry Awards Dinner.

"The Cornell Icon of the Industry Awards Dinner has grown to be the largest special event on the school's calendar. The 2010 edition, which honored Chuck Feeney with the Cornell Icon Award and Sol Kerzner with the Hospitality Innovator Award, supported ten scholarships at the school. We look forward to expanding the success of the Cornell Icon Awards Dinner by partnering with Amazing Taste. Their outstanding track record in managing ground-breaking special events and programs will help bring the 2011 awards dinner to the next level" said Joe Strodel, Jr., director of corporate and foundation affairs at SHA.

Amazing Taste is led by Elizabeth Ngonzi, a graduate of the Masters of Management in Hospitality program at SHA, and is dedicated to helping clients achieve strategic objectives through marketing campaigns, high-profile events, and educational programs. Leveraging a vast international network, the company uses cutting-edge ideas and unique perspectives to solve client challenges. Amazing Taste's services include conference organization, program development and production, strategic alliance development and management, fundraising and cause marketing campaign development and management, VIP and dignitary protocol management, and executive lifestyle consulting.

"As an alumna who greatly benefitted from the Cornell experience and a recipient of scholarship funds, I am proud to partner with the School of Hotel Administration and am honored to have Amazing Taste contribute to the growth of the Cornell Icon of the Industry Awards Dinner," said Ngonzi.

The Cornell Icon of the Industry Awards Dinner honors the recipients of the Cornell Icon of the Industry Award and the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship's Hospitality Innovator Award. The event also serves as a fundraiser for the school's scholarships and programs. A sellout crowd of over 830 hospitality industry leaders attended the 2010 Cornell Icon of the Industry Awards Dinner on Tuesday, June 8, at the American Museum of Natural History. The 2011 event will be held June 7 in New York City. To participate as a corporate partner of the 2011 awards dinner, please contact Rachel Ash, manager, corporate and foundation affairs, at
