SHA Scholars, Hospitality Executives to Discuss Distribution Management at Dean’s Leadership Series

A panel of leading hospitality academics and executives will discuss "Distribution Management: Who Owns the Hospitality Customer?" at the seventh edition of the Dean’s Leadership Series, presented by the School of Hotel Administration (SHA). The panel discussion will be held Monday, November 15, 7:45 - 10:00 a.m., at the Metropolitan Club in New York City.
“Distribution management is a complex business component of the hospitality industry, and everyone is trying to figure out how to come out on top,” said Michael D. Johnson, dean and E. M. Statler Professor at SHA. “Our panelists will examine the interrelationships among various distribution channels, analyze the impact these channels have on the industry, and discuss the future of distribution management in hospitality.”
Johnson will moderate the discussion. Panelists will be:

The Dean’s Leadership Series, which provides a platform for industry leaders to discuss the most important topics facing hospitality today, was established in November 2007.
