Maritz Partners With Cornell Center for Hospitality Research

Ithaca, NY, January 21, 2010 – Maritz, a leading sales and marketing services company, has become the newest partner of the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research (CHR). Maritz, which conducts customer satisfaction research, loyalty marketing, and motivation and learning programs, and is the global leader in designing meetings, events and incentive travel programs, will work with the CHR to develop research that will inform best practices within the industry. Maritz Senior Vice President and Hospitality Sector Executive Michele Sarkisian is joining the CHR’s advisory board.
