April 26, 2018 4:30 PM  Duration: 2 hour(s)

Please join us for Real Estate for Operating Businesses with Ryan Helkowski ’15, from Related Urban. He will be discussing his involvement in Related Urban’s development ventures including Hudson Yards (New York, NY), Time Warner Center (New York, NY), Related Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA), Grand Avenue (Los Angeles, CA), and City Place (West Palm Beach, FL).

Since joining Related in February 2016, Ryan has been focused primarily on the retail, food & beverage, event-experience, and hospitality venues within both Hudson Yards and Time Warner Center. As a privately held and well-diversified company, Related leverages a unique and strategic advantage of being able to create and program spaces both as Landlord and Tenant, via traditional Landlord-Tenant relationships with third parties as well as unconventional Joint Venture Agreements with affiliates. Ryan is responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from ground-up development and execution of venues with Related operating partners and affiliates, retail and hospitality leasing, and asset management of currently-existing projects owned and operated by Related.

This event is hosted by Food and Beverage Faculty Doug Miller and Cheryl Stanley and the Center for Real Estate and Finance.
