Hotel and Lodging Legal Summit
Cornell University School of Hotel Administration Professor, David Sherwyn, will be moderating the panel titled, Labor Law Update: From Goal Line to Goal Line or 40-Yard Line to 40-Yard Line? At Georgetown Law’s 6th annual Hotel and Lodging Legal Summit. The topics of the discussion will center on examining the current state of the hotel industry, analyzing the potential liabilities associated with new technologies adopted in the industry, exploring the legal and commercial issues and implications for hotel owners, and analyzing topics such as immigration policies, hotel management agreements, growth of online travel agencies and cybersecurity threats. In addition, panelists will assess how employers should react to these changes and discuss the future under new administration.
