Biography
Adam Klausner is a senior lecturer at the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration, and a practicing corporate and business lawyer with over 25 years experience, providing legal counsel to companies in fields that include real estate development, hospitality, technology, software, and manufacturing. Klausner also represents and serves on the boards of nonprofit organizations, including groups dedicated to the promotion of culture, music, education, international development, and the environment. He teaches courses such as Real Estate Law, Internet Law, and Law for Entrepreneurs.
