Sush Torgalkar '99, based in New York City, serves as chief operating officer of Westbrook Partners. Westbrook Partners is a private real estate investment company founded in 1994. Over the last twenty years, Westbrook has invested over $11 billion of equity in approximately $45 billion of real estate investments across the world on behalf of public and corporate pension funds, endowments, foundations, and financial institutions.

Torgalkar is a member of Westbrook's investment committee where he coordinates Westbrook's global operations, including acquisition, asset management, and investor relations activities, and helps oversee the management of the firm. Torgalkar has been with Westbrook since 2000, during which time he has been an integral member of the project teams for many of Westbrook's complex transactions in the United States, Europe, and Japan. Prior to joining Westbrook, Torgalkar was in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch.

Torgalkar received a BS from Cornell University in 1999. He currently serves as a member of the Dean's Advisory Board at Cornell's School of Hotel Administration (SHA). Torgalkar is also on the board of trustees of St. Edward High School in Lakewood, Ohio. He lives in Mamaroneck, NY with his wife and three children.
